What we collect

Your first name, age, neighborhood, the activities you pick, your one line about a perfect Saturday, up to three photos, your mobile number and your email. When the app opens, we also collect the result of your ID check (not a copy of your ID unless the check provider needs it).

Why

To write your profile, to text and email you about it, to verify that members are real, and to run the app. We don't sell your information and we don't make profiles from social media or public sources.

Who sees what

Before you approve your profile: only the Good Plans team. After you approve it and pass the ID check: verified members see your profile (first name, age, neighborhood, activities, bio and photos). Your phone number and email are never shown to members.

Where it's kept

Your form answers and photos are stored with our customer-relationship and messaging provider and our hosting provider, which may store data outside Canada. We keep it only as long as you have a profile, then delete it within 30 days of your request.
